Cream cheese frosting

Miraculously, this stuff seems to keep well outside of the fridge for a few days. Who knew sugar was a preservative?

Ingredients:

1 8 oz. cream cheese
5 T. butter
1 T. vanilla
2 cups confectioner's sugar
